Responsibilities

  • Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Review resumes and applications, screening candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, communication with candidates, and logistics management
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Proactively engage with candidates to promote the company’s employer brand and job opportunities
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Communicate with candidates to answer questions about the role, application process, and company culture
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
