Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Project Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in biotech or pharma
At least 1 year of experience with campus recruitment or project coordination
Fluent in English and Dutch, with clear and confident communication
Excellent event planning and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to attract top student talent
Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
Organize and attend career fairs, info sessions, and networking events
Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Act as recruiter for Young Graduate roles
Promote Legend Biotech’s culture and opportunities to students
Stay informed on trends in university recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences
Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness
Collaborate on optimizing SOPs and ensuring compliance with employment laws
Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate with Employer Branding to maintain job ads and internal job boards
Support sourcing activities and TA-related projects
