Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in biotech or pharma
  • At least 1 year of experience with campus recruitment or project coordination
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with clear and confident communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top student talent
  • Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
  • Organize and attend career fairs, info sessions, and networking events
  • Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Act as recruiter for Young Graduate roles
  • Promote Legend Biotech’s culture and opportunities to students
  • Stay informed on trends in university recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness
  • Collaborate on optimizing SOPs and ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate with Employer Branding to maintain job ads and internal job boards
  • Support sourcing activities and TA-related projects
