Requirements

Ideal: 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining automation solutions

Responsibilities

Support enforcement of security standards through process optimization and standardization, driving improved compliance
Develop and manage a structured project intake model to allow early engagement with teams, ensuring collaboration and clear expectations
Guide communication between IAM and partners to maintain understanding on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Identify and lead automation projects that improve the efficiency, scalability, and security of identity lifecycle management processes
Lead automation learning programs by designing training, mentoring team members, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement in IAM automation capabilities
Maintain understanding of IAM operational scope and tooling, serving as an important coordination point across technical teams to promote understanding, knowledge sharing, and integrated service delivery
