Responsibilities

Undertake four six-month placements over two years, working on a variety of projects according to interests and skill set
Apply the Systems Engineering ‘V’ model across the whole product lifecycle, including researching future technologies and novel domains
Develop requirements and functional architectures
Create concept solutions through Agile methodologies
Analyse performance and conduct trade space studies
Conduct verification and validation through trials and lab tests
Gain exposure to a wide variety of technologies, engineering methodologies, and customer needs associated with specific products or capabilities
Potentially undertake one six-month placement in another part of the company (e.g., technical functions like Aerodynamics or Simulation & Modelling, non-engineering areas like Sales and Business, international offices), with another defence supplier, or with the MOD
