A Master’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years’ systems engineering experience supporting Navy C4I are required, along with experience transitioning low TRL (5 and below) IS technologies into operational DoD C4I systems and advanced knowledge of engineering principles across multiple operating systems.
