Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Endpoint Management
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jamf, Intune, or Google Workspace
  • Strong knowledge of operating system updates, patching, and security principles
  • Proficiency in PowerShell (Bash or Ruby a plus)
  • Experience managing endpoints from vendors such as Apple and Lenovo
  • In-depth experience with Linux, Mac, and Windows administration
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Jenkins) and scripting for configuration management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and File Services
  • Understanding of modern authentication and identity tools (Okta preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance best practices

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage IT Endpoint principles across Windows, Mac, and ChromeOS
  • Automate installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating environments
  • Manage software updates and system patching through automation and scheduling tools
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and respond to incidents
  • Maintain security and compliance across all endpoint environments
  • Participate in an on-call rotation after becoming proficient in core technologies
  • Document procedures, incidents, and lessons learned
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical problems and improve processes
  • Provide training and technical support to users and team members
