Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance (can start with TS)
  • 10+ years of systems architecture and engineering experience supporting Government IT programs
  • At least one of the following certifications: Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP
  • Office presence minimum of 5 days per week at customer's site (Omaha, Nebraska); no relocation offered
  • Ability to perform shift work for continuous 7x24 coverage and cybersecurity support

Responsibilities

  • Apply digital mission engineering techniques to trace and integrate existing DoD and industry capability architectures into USSTRATCOM’s Enterprise Architecture (EA)
  • Provide Tactical Data Link (TDL) support and design/engineer highly complex IT infrastructures
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
  • Design systems architecture for new or existing computer systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
  • Perform complex systems development and design tasks, including logic design, I/O design, model formulation, computer architecture analysis, and digital systems engineering
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency in production environments
  • Provide critical insight and guidance for preparing and maintaining documentation related to engineering processes and procedures
  • Implement, manage, and enhance Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline tools to streamline development and deployment processes
