Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualified in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical subjects
  • Significant Aerospace Systems development background
  • Ability to interpret Aerospace specifications, standards and drawings
  • Knowledge of sector quality management processes such as AS9100, GRESS, APQP
  • Knowledge of environmental test requirements such as DO160 & Mil Std 810
  • Good knowledge of system verification and validation techniques
  • Comfortable working in an environment with high expectations for quality, on-time delivery, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Generating Internal & External product/system documentation
  • Managing configuration of system/product documentation, documentation standards and procedures
  • Managing requirements of multiple system/product programs from inception to destruction
  • Working closely with support functions such as quality, supply chain, supplier base etc
  • Being Point of Contact for documentation exchange between customers and suppliers
  • Developing and advancing internal documentation processes, procedures and standards
