Requirements

Degree qualified in an Engineering related discipline (minimum 2.2)
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) and UK Security Clearance (SC)

Responsibilities

Design airborne weapon system elements and integrate weapons onto airborne platforms
Cooperate closely with Platform Design Organisations and End Users for effective weapon integration
Engage with internal MBDA stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and international colleagues
Work across different SDAS teams to gain technical understanding of MBDA products
Undertake placements in other parts of the company, international offices, or external organisations
Apply systems engineering methods and tools, such as Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Interact with people across engineering fields and business teams, including travel within the UK and potentially internationally
Work towards Chartership with support from experienced engineers (optional)

The salary is £31,500 plus a £3000 joining bonus.

Where is this role located and what is the working arrangement?

The location is Stevenage with possibility of Bristol placements. It allows a blend of on-site and at-home working to suit the needs of the role and individual, with a Dynamic Working Agreement formalized with your line manager.
