Requirements

Deep understanding of business goals, objectives, business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes
Expertise in system-level architecture, including hardware, software, and network components
Strong knowledge of integration, system performance, troubleshooting, scalability, security, and fault tolerance
Ability to create deliverables for managing "to be" and "as is" solutions, including systems (applications, processes, information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services/components
Proficiency in developing architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, system specifications, and documentation for APIs, data flows, and third-party integrations
Skills in analyzing and optimizing system performance, including load balancing, caching strategies, and data management
Experience in collaborating with development/engineering teams, business analysts, project managers, and external vendors
Capability to communicate complex architectures to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of conducting code/design reviews, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting system-level issues
Ability to research emerging technologies, develop proofs of concept (POCs), assess technology fit, and recommend upgrades

Coordinate with external vendors to align components/services with system architecture (20%)
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation (20%)
