Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and technical administration of our Learning Management System, ensuring flawless execution and delivery
Provide second-line support for complex user issues, troubleshooting technical problems that require platform expertise and deep system knowledge
Manage platform configuration including roles/permissions, catalog structure, SSO/SCIM implementation, and domains/tenants
Build reliable data exports to Databricks and maintain data definitions for consistency across systems
Create and maintain standard dashboards for customers and CSMs, implement cohort tracking, maintain audit trails, and meet SLAs on data requests
Ensure platform meets accessibility standards, exam integrity policies, and passes privacy/security reviews
Lead change management processes including release notes, sandbox testing, incident response, and vendor coordination
