Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, 3+ years in Systems Engineering or related, experience with FMEDA, FTA, DFMEA, familiarity with safety metrics like SPFM, LFM, PMHF, FIT, IEC 61508 experience, and strong communication skills.
