Requirements

Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration role
Strong technical knowledge of macOS administration and Windows laptop administration
Expert-level troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows environments
Knowledge and experience in administering Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (M365)
Familiarity with macOS management, preferably with experience in Jamf Pro (Strongly Preferred)
Knowledge of modern device management concepts, including Microsoft Intune (endpoint management)

Responsibilities

Provide support to internal users through the ticketing system, resolving technical issues efficiently and meeting established SLAs
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software support issues for all employees
Provide dedicated support for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Google Workspace administration and user issues
Administer and support the Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management, ensuring security and compliance
Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems
Handle user lifecycle management, including the onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring a seamless process for new hires and departing employees
Support laptop allocation to new joiners, coordinating with HR and the workspace team for remote joiner asset allocation
Update and manage the asset management system to maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets
Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building, imaging, and deployment processes
Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures and common issues
