Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, computer science or related technical field with proven experience of relevant instrument experience in a regulated industry
Demonstrates technical experience, strong analytical skills, and good judgment to solve problems; analyses information and standard practices to make judgments
Must be willing to travel internationally and domestically approximately 20-30% of the time
Fluent English

Responsibilities

Assist with the initiation, design, development, and implementation of product improvements and changes
Provide real time technical support to Field Service teams
Evaluate the current implementation of the complete system, report and recommend improvements, modifications or service tooling that can be implemented on the products to peers, to reduce the cost and complexity for the service organization
Monitor, manage, and drive corrective actions for escalations arising from system misalignments
Establish a System Level Mentoring and Support framework for other GPTS and Field associates for resolving System Level Issues
Champion the connectivity of Automation and CIT products by evaluating and measuring their performance against an established connectivity framework and driving improvements in identified action areas
Support GPTS NPD Core Team members in concept design reviews to ensure alignment with connectivity framework and system requirements
Key contributor to the holistic strategy for “The System”: Thinks holistically around the solution and understands implications across automation, CIT, CCIA and Heme/UA
Bring “system thinking” to GPTS and Field Associates
Establish alignment of system level service documentation and training
Global support to resolve multi-system issues at customers
Work with system installation teams with focus on efficiency
Ability to principal critical conversations
