Relevant experience working in Energy and/or Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals instrumentation and/or process control
Experience in SVI 2 assembly line and additional lines as legacy instrumentation
Good mechanical background

Responsibilities

Coordinates efforts to perform assembly from components per assembly drawings/bill of material based on process instructions for Smart Valves Interface systems 2 (SVI), including instrumentation legacy line for positioners as valve interface
Oversees functional testing on assemblies, using electronic/pneumatic equipment
Responds to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
Uses forklifts and other departmental equipment, machines, hand tools and power tools needed for assembly
Ensures test assemblies per customer and/or division criteria
Operates test equipment in compliance with engineering standards
Monitors and applies settings, calibrates and maintains assembly tools
Provides technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
Leads others in work efforts
