The candidate will work on-site at Ameren HQ and interface with external stakeholders and co-workers onsite, over TEAMS virtually, and possible in off-site meetings.
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters from an accredited college or university, with Human Resources, Digital Communications, Marketing, or Design major preferred, and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 required.
Preferred skills include aptitude for collecting data points and reasoning, strong project management, experience writing for digital channels, web or graphic design background, and experience designing and managing a blog or website using a content management system like WordPress or SharePoint.

Responsibilities include supporting Sustainability, Community and Inclusion team operations, divided approximately 1/3 time each: ESG benchmarking/research and reporting, upgrading inclusive engagement webpage/SharePoint and outreach efforts, and collecting post-grant data for nonprofit relationships and campaigns.
