Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to promote Arrow’s supply chain and data services using a growth mindset and consultative selling approach to traditional and non-traditional customers, targeting VP-level+ influencers and decision-makers to drive sales, margin, fee growth, and TAM share
  • Build detailed knowledge of Arrow’s high-end supply chain services portfolio
  • Use consultative questioning techniques to isolate customer pain points and create compelling bespoke solutions
  • Develop understanding and comfort in using quantitative and qualitative approaches to support benefits statements, demonstrating success by increasing Arrow’s share of customer wallet
  • Collaborate with sales teams using tools like whitespace analysis to identify high-potential customers and build strategies to connect with influencers and decision-makers
  • Develop understanding of Arrow’s financial objectives to ensure solution designs meet thresholds within acceptable periods
  • Maintain implemented supply chain solutions, handing off to Sales and Business Process Excellence
  • For Supply Chain-as-a-Service, charge consulting fees where strategic, especially without clear billing path; become subject matter expert and owner of sales funnel for fee-for-service portfolio (e.g., in-house semiconductor programming, long-term inventory solutions, turnkey manufacturing, Supply Chain Control Tower, Super Critical Buffer Stocks)
  • Become subject matter expert in full suite of Arrow companies’ non-core solutions; manage funnel of opportunities for territory with traditional/non-traditional customers including start-ups; act as single point of contact, linking to specialist resources
  • Manage portfolio including Arrow Intelligent Solutions, Converge, Arrow Digital, Enterprise Computing Solutions, eInfochips, Arrow Capital Solutions, Arrow Supply Assurance, AE Petsche, Richardson RFPD, Silicon Expert, AGSCS, AMSS
  • Engage in field-based, customer-facing consultative selling at Director, VP, and C-Suite levels in €500m+ sales territory with international travel
  • Interface with Sales Leaders, Regional Sales Managers, executive team, sales force, customer decision-makers, subject matter experts, Business Process Excellence & Reporting Team, and IT
