Requirements

Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Preferred Supply Chain or Logistics)
Minimum 3.0 overall GPA required
Intellectual curiosity with a drive for root-cause analysis
Continuous Improvement mentality and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and accomplish goals simultaneously
Strong analytical and data management skills
Demonstrated leadership and growth potential

Co-op or Intern Experience in Supply Chain fields a plus

Responsibilities

Rotate through a series of 3-5 assignments, each approximately 6 months in duration, within Demand Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Materials Management, Business Process Excellence and Logistics and Warehousing
Lead demand collaboration meetings with key sales channel leaders
Optimize reporting and methodology
Negotiate container contracts
Maintain carrier scorecards
Ensure customer satisfaction for key accounts (e.g.: Walmart and Sam’s Club)
Support raw materials planning
Gain experience learning Supply Chain management tools
Lead meetings and business reviews
Present to Senior Leadership
Drive continuous improvement projects
