Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience
Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking abilities
Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence
Organized and analytical skills, proficient with spreadsheets and macros
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization

Responsibilities

Maintain data sets primarily utilized by Global Sourcing and regional Materials teams
Manage and act as the SME for assigned systems and processes
Support and drive continuous improvement efforts for Global Sourcing
Work with RBA, collect supplier information, conduct surveys to evaluate environmental performance, and assess ESG governance for specific suppliers
Collect data on minerals and their environmental impact
Support the Global Sourcing organization as SME for assigned systems and/or processes
