Responsibilities

Prepare regular reports for multiple departments and make recommendations for process improvements
Assist in the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)
Coordinate monthly inventory in warehouses and review final inventory reports
Establish, monitor, and audit inventory and warehouse performance measures
Train personnel on operating guidelines, policies, and procedures for inventory management and control
Provide in-depth analysis of data to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction; provide tools for proper inventory recording
Assist in building and maintaining a comprehensive demand and inventory management database for forecasting, analysis, and purchasing commitments
Coordinate shipping and distribution of materials and equipment to/from warehouses and vendor facilities; collect documentation (invoices, packing slips, etc.)
Generate reports to post and track development and improvement of metrics and area activities
Monitor CPE aging reports to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Track equipment at repair vendors and follow up on aging units
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
