Minimum 3 years of IBP and/or Kinaxis implementation experience in roles like Functional lead, Solution Architect or SME is required, along with minimum 7 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning areas such as Forecasting, Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and SC Control Tower. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling is also needed, ideally as a solution expert in SAP IBP or Kinaxis.
