Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate replenishment from pre-wholesaler sites to UK Logistic Service Providers and global sites to Ireland
  • Monitor inbound shipments and liaise with global supply chain teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain stock levels at multiple Logistic Service Provider locations
  • Ensure stock rotation to minimize aging and obsolescence
  • Analyse inventory trends and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Reconcile daily inventory files for accurate reporting
  • Manage direct-to-pharmacy order fulfilment
  • Ensure timely product availability and delivery to partners
  • Monitor and resolve fulfilment issues for customer satisfaction
  • Achieve and maintain service level and product availability targets
  • Analyse and report performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Track and report KPIs: inventory, service levels, stock aging
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and automation
