Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industry
Strong knowledge of inventory management, replenishment planning, and fulfilment processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate replenishment from pre-wholesaler sites to UK Logistic Service Providers and global sites to Ireland
Monitor inbound shipments and liaise with global supply chain teams to resolve issues
Maintain stock levels at multiple Logistic Service Provider locations
Ensure stock rotation to minimize aging and obsolescence
Analyse inventory trends and recommend efficiency improvements
Reconcile daily inventory files for accurate reporting
Manage direct-to-pharmacy order fulfilment
Ensure timely product availability and delivery to partners
Monitor and resolve fulfilment issues for customer satisfaction
Achieve and maintain service level and product availability targets
Analyse and report performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Track and report KPIs: inventory, service levels, stock aging
Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and automation
