Requirements

  • Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, industrial economics, supply chain management or similar
  • 2-5 years of experience in consulting and/or project related work, with a focus on management/strategy consulting or technology advisory
  • Relevant experience within the Energy, Utilities, and/or Renewables industries
  • A commercial and value-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside Accenture Managers and Senior Managers
  • Experience with collaborating in diverse teams and thriving in creative problem-solving environments
  • A methodical, analytical and systematic approach
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and workstreams: Conduct analysis, coordinate and lead resources, and ensure quality in project execution
  • Drive innovation: Apply digital tools and new technologies like AI and analytics to supply chain and operations
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver insights: Conduct workshops and presentations that provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Be a trusted advisor: Guide clients through the energy transition and help them adapt to changing industry dynamics
  • Support business growth: Identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to proposal work for future projects
