Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics or a related field
  • 0-3 years of full-time experience (excluding internships or co-op terms)
  • Strong critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of success
  • Ability to analyze data and think critically to uncover insights that influence business decisions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in French (asset)

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Supply teams
  • Lead projects that challenge analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Deliver product, retail customer, and supply chain initiatives supporting the 'Go to Market' strategy
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” for supply and integrator across the Company’s disciplines
  • View and manage the Supply Chain from end-to-end, from materials to shopper touch points
