  • Plan to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer

Responsibilities

  • Placed in one of the following teams and perform team-specific duties:
  • Purchasing Analyst: Procure raw materials from suppliers with the right quality, price, and timing; continuously re-evaluate desired inventory targets throughout a product’s life cycle
  • Business Planner: Schedule production on manufacturing lines to balance cost efficiencies while supporting customer sales; facilitate communication between Operations and Marketing on future inventory projections
  • Distribution: Prepare for monthly Executive Demand Review and facilitate key demand planning discussions; lead cross-functional projects to improve Integrated Business Planning process; use data analytics to problem solve and inform business decisions; partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to develop forward-looking demand plans
  • Demand Planning: Guide business to improve revenue forecast accuracy; align inventory levels with demand changes; improve customer service levels and profitability for channels or product lines
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM): Support business strategy; develop processes to improve cost-leverage and efficiency in product lifecycle/portfolio management; conduct product portfolio analysis; promote cross-functional collaboration for PLCM alignment and execution
  • Project Management Office (PMO): Support active product development projects; improve analysis of projects (timelines, budgets, resource reporting); provide data for executives
