Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in Data & AI strategy, ideally with exposure to Supply Chain & Operations or related domains
  • Hands-on technical expertise in building AI solutions, including programming (Python), Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and knowledge graph design and integration
  • Background in consulting or industry, with proven ability to deliver AI-driven transformation and measurable business impact
  • Strong understanding of AI solution lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, and governance for scalable agentic AI systems
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Experience developing business cases and KPIs, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of designing innovative solutions and ensuring reliability and security
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences
  • Leadership and mentoring experience, fostering technical growth and innovation within the team
  • Adaptability and collaboration in global, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments
  • Proficiency in English (required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery, from opportunity identification and strategy design to building, deploying, and scaling agentic AI platforms and autonomous agents
  • Architect and implement agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, knowledge graph integration, and secure deployment
  • Define and execute Data & AI strategies for Supply Chain & Operations transformation, driving efficiency, resilience, and innovation through advanced AI technologies
  • Act as a technical and strategic leader, bridging business objectives with cutting-edge AI engineering, ensuring alignment and measurable impact
  • Design robust data foundations and governance models, enabling interoperability, data quality, and compliance for scalable AI solutions
  • Develop business cases and value frameworks, quantifying impact, defining KPIs, and supporting executive alignment and adoption
  • Drive innovation and productization, creating reusable AI components, agent libraries, and frameworks for client and internal use
  • Support business development, contributing to go-to-market strategies, client engagement, and proposal creation for AI-driven offerings
  • Mentor and upskill team members, fostering expertise in agentic AI, prompt engineering, and advanced AI architectures
