Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in Inventory Control or a similar supply chain role
2 years of experience working with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to quickly research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Perform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time
Dedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics

Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport materials to designated staging and operational areas
Organize the movement of materials based on immediate operational and production needs
Maintain the physical condition of all staging areas and ensure a clean work environment
Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet production needs
Collaborate with other teams to effectively coordinate material deliveries and placements
Demonstrate the ability to operate various material handling and powered equipment
Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase order information, and appropriately stock items
Maintain accurate records of all material movements and current inventory levels and complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and random or receipt audits, to maintain inventory accuracy
Pick and verify kits for production use
Obey and enforce all CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse
Correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming materials
Ensure full compliance with Hazardous Material storage plans
