Requirements

Proven professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and optimize logistics capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in using advanced software tools for logistics and inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably experience with MS Project
Experience with large-scale enterprise IT contracts
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Clearable; able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph
Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis to support supply chain optimization
Work with a team to audit locations, identify discrepancies, and adjust inventory in real time
Analyze, model, and optimize logistics capabilities using advanced software, including site location, resource allocation, inventory placement, transportation mode selection, freight consolidation, and other logistics strategies
Assist in the development of internal analysis tools to enhance operational efficiency
Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, vendors, organizational leaders, team partners, and other staff members
Provide clear and professional communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions, both one-on-one and in group settings
Manage and oversee supply chain processes, including ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability, and discharge of excess property
