Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and optimize logistics capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using advanced software tools for logistics and inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably experience with MS Project
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise IT contracts
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
  • Clearable; able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis to support supply chain optimization
  • Work with a team to audit locations, identify discrepancies, and adjust inventory in real time
  • Analyze, model, and optimize logistics capabilities using advanced software, including site location, resource allocation, inventory placement, transportation mode selection, freight consolidation, and other logistics strategies
  • Assist in the development of internal analysis tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, vendors, organizational leaders, team partners, and other staff members
  • Provide clear and professional communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Manage and oversee supply chain processes, including ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability, and discharge of excess property
