Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function
  • Export compliance eligibility (U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, asylee/refugee, national of non-prohibited country via letter of assurance, or approved for export license)

Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform transactional tasks: enter inquiries/quotes/sales orders, create and release production orders, perform shipping and receiving of materials, consumables, customer materials
  • Ensure full compliance to internal policies and proper handling of precious metals
  • Collaborate daily with Supply Chain team pillars and other departments to drive positive customer experience
  • Facilitate visibility into precious metal shipment traceability by monitoring tracker systems (PM Sharepoint updates, escalate via Cargo Signal/EM team)
  • Monitor and analyze freight spend, address inaccuracies (review TranzAct Freight for EM, confirm freight terms/bill responsibility, generate reports on freight spend by facility)
  • Review and run ACE/AES reports that cannot be automated
  • Act as local ShipEP subject matter expert: troubleshoot and partner with IT to solve issues
  • Support maintenance/creation of master data elements for Supply Chain and collaborate with corporate master data team
  • Analyze and promote/support improvements to supply chain processes
  • Participate in adherence to precious metal policies and implementation of enhancements
