Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant working experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and preferably SAP/ERP and Blue Yonder)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain Processes including KPI’s
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced support in the coordination of product availability in Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs) in line with business Supply Chain strategies and processes
  • Drive inventory optimization via stock target setting, supply chain controls, and excess stock identification
  • Provide hands-on support and coordination with local teams in the FSLs
  • Assess internal customer requirements and needs and translate them towards system and process design for network and inventory optimization
  • Maintain master data and Product Life Cycle coordination for the FSLs
  • Work in close cooperation with stakeholders including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Regional/Local Supply Chain Planning, Customer Care, Logistics, and Regional/Country business
  • Plan and execute service part supply strategies to meet global service requirements
  • Manage the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information from origin to customer placement
  • Monitor and improve logistics processes including replenishment systems, demand management, and electronic data interchange
  • Ensure customer service and delivery objectives are met with financial constraints
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and internal customers
  • Resolve delivery issues and integrate market intelligence to improve competitive positioning
  • Drive standardization via continuous improvements for multiple Service & Repair (S&R) optimization projects
