Requirements

  • Minimum of a BS degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering (or similar engineering field), Business Administration, Data Science, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, supply management, or supplier development roles within custom manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on data mining, data analysis/interpretation, and building dashboards for real time reporting
  • Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., Sigma) and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)
  • Experience with analysis in supply chains handling regulated industries preferred (Aerospace / Med-Device / Energy)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • US Supply Chain Ecosystem Market Research: Develop and maintain a database of potential first and second tier suppliers, complete with capabilities, scale, etc for the Sourcing team to use as an input to supply chain development activities
  • Develop reports on US market trends to report back to the Sourcing team & General Manager of the US to inform Sourcing strategy adjustments
  • Own the sourcing dashboard to enable the strategic sourcing team to make real time decisions with the most accuracy possible
  • Supplier Landscape and Network Analysis: Enable gap assessments of MP capabilities and Fictiv production needs
  • Understand the US growth strategy and identify potential manufacturing partners to meet current and future growth targets across multiple manufacturing processes
  • Network Development Support: Work with Fictiv tools and cross-functional team members to improve timely feedback to our Manufacturing Partners to improve their competitiveness
