Responsibilities

Assist in the review and maintenance of supplier quality documentation, such as PPAP, FAI, and inspection records
Maintain databases and files related to supplier quality metrics, audits, and corrective action requests
Support the evaluation and monitoring of suppliers’ performance (e.g., quality, delivery, responsiveness)
Participate in internal meetings and supplier meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items
Perform data entry and reporting in quality management systems
Maintain and organize quality-related records and documents
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supplier Quality team
