Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, operations, healthcare, retail, government programs, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the WIC program, including item eligibility, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
  • Partner with inventory, supply chain, digital product, marketing, and store operations to ensure seamless execution of benefit programs
  • Analyze program performance, identify trends, and prepare insights for leadership
  • Conduct competitive and regulatory research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Support internal and external communications, including presentations and updates for leadership and partners
