Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the creation of label and booklet proofs
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of work
  • Maintain and optimize the design library database
  • Provide technical support to the print shop and client service
  • Assign tasks and distribute work among team members
  • Review and creation of WIs and SOPs
  • Conduct daily tier meetings to ensure team and project alignment
  • Demonstrates and models the 4I’s values— Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
  • Holds staff accountable for their ongoing performance to specified standards
  • Collect weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Handle individual PMD (Performance Management and Development) for team members
  • Recruit and train new colleagues, develop training plans to suit growth and improvement efforts
  • Provide handover in the manager's absence
