Responsibilities

Manage and lead the team of Production Coordinators in Ortho Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure employees are productive
Lead the strategy for the Production Coordination team through planning, organization, and task management
Implement plans and objectives by translating manager/company goals into actionable team plans
Deliver on quarterly/annual V2MOMs and ad-hoc production builds for geospatial product fulfillment
Maintain proactive and continuous communication with management
Communicate effectively with team members, cross-departmental staff, and leaders at all levels
Coordinate production coordination, order placement, feasibilities, production, quality control, delivery priorities, monitor throughput, and fulfill ortho and mosaic products
Work collaboratively with all supervisors within Ortho Operations
Partner with stakeholders across Maxar for current/future operational, contractual requirements, and ad-hoc ordering requests
Manage the team through motivation to ensure engagement and productivity
Enhance team performance via coaching, guidance, skill development, identifying training needs, and providing professional development opportunities
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and ensure timely task completion
Address employee conflicts, provide feedback, and offer support for team success
Manage department staffing and scheduling
