Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in electronic encapsulation processes
  • Experience with dispenser, epoxy equipment used in electronic encapsulation (plastic housing seal)
  • Proven experience with Nordson and PVA potting equipment, including dispensing, mixing, vacuum, and thermal curing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or related field
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
  • Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, servomotors, and HMIs
  • Knowledge of potting materials (epoxies, silicones, polyurethanes)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics

Responsibilities

  • Execute and document preventive and corrective maintenance plans for potting equipment (dispensers, ovens, vacuum systems, etc.)
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control failures in encapsulation equipment
  • Coordinate with technical suppliers for specialized support and spare parts
  • Implement equipment improvements to increase efficiency, safety, and process quality
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
  • Train technical personnel in the basic operation and maintenance of potting equipment
  • Participate in projects involving the introduction of new potting equipment or technologies
