Responsibilities

The Supervisor will provide line-level management coordination of resources and work schedules, oversee daily operations, assist in the preparation and implementation of company policies, quality systems, and training programs, ensure projects are completed on time to meet company revenue goals and client satisfaction, manage daily workflow, allocate resources, track performance metrics, identify and recommend process improvements, monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, investigate and resolve complex problems, implement corrective actions, respond to facility audit findings, assist management in their responsibilities, and assist in the preparation and implementation of SOPs and company policies.
