Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program
National citizen of India
Maintained a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent
Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills
Able to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary)
Legally entitled to work in India without company sponsorship or time restriction now or in the future

Responsibilities

Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects, developing learning and skillset
Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance
Participate in technically focused training, team meetings, and work on projects, presenting results
