Recent graduate eligible for the Early Careers IMPACT (Innovative Mentoring and Professional Acceleration in Commodities) program
Passion for solving real-life challenges and interest in cutting-edge technology
Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-functional team environment
Willingness to participate in an 18-month program with three six-month rotations across areas like Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation (Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management & Product Development

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, and support software solutions
Turn change requests into technical designs and implementations to enhance existing functionality and add new capabilities
Continuously improve aspects of the core product architecture
Ensure delivery into production with focus on performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction
Partner with external teams to integrate their solutions into products, keeping the customer at the core
Participate in job rotations, structured training, mentorship, and project-based assignments across 3-4 technology areas
