You will configure and troubleshoot network scanners and printers, provide hardware/software/network support, monitor helpdesk requests, track inventory, learn about networking/VLANs/AV/imaging, and assist with data tasks using SQL and Excel.
Interns will participate in training programs, networking events, and other professional development opportunities, while joining a class of undergraduate and graduate students on exciting projects.
Projects include creating images for laptops, creating reports for the ticketing system, configuring AV setups for conference rooms, hands-on hardware troubleshooting, helpdesk support, inventory tracking, and data management with SQL and Excel.
