Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing long-term capital plans and annual budgets for NYCEDC’s asset portfolio
  • Support all phases of project development, from procurement and feasibility studies through design, construction, and close-out
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors throughout the development process
  • Help review funding documents, invoices, and change orders to support compliance and reporting
  • Work with Asset Management teams to ensure projects align with policy, market, and operational goals
  • Aid in tracking project scope, cost, and schedule, contributing to regular progress updates
  • Help organize and maintain project documentation and asset condition records
  • Prepare presentations, memos, and reports summarizing project findings and recommendations
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings supporting large-scale development initiatives
  • Represent the team in internal discussions and occasional public or professional forums
  • Perform other related assignments and tasks as needed
