Requirements

Candidates must be enrolled in a Master of Business (MBA) or other advanced professional degree program with a graduation date in Spring or Summer 2027. They must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 12 weeks from May 18 to August 7, 2026, and not require sponsorship for employment in the United States. A minimum of three years of work experience prior to graduate school and demonstrated leadership experience are required. Preferred qualifications include strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, intellectual curiosity, flexibility, active campus/community involvement, a commitment to innovative and strategic thinking, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

MBA Interns will contribute to enterprise-level initiatives across various business functions, driving strategic projects and gaining exposure to executive leadership. They will develop skills and insights for a career in healthcare, tackle ambiguous challenges in the healthcare industry, and potentially work in areas such as Primary Care & Clinical Innovation, Corporate Strategy & Transformation Office, Medicare & Medicaid Market Operations, Provider Relations & Network Performance, Marketing & Customer Engagement, Finance, Accounting & Risk Management, or Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. Interns will lead meaningful projects, engage with senior leaders and peers, receive mentorship and support, participate in leadership development activities, immerse in the company culture, and be considered for full-time roles post-internship.
