Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Available for full 10-week program (May 27 – July 31, 2026)
Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to Greenwood Village, CO (in-person internship)
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions and project reporting
Ability to interpret data and identify efficiency opportunities
Excellent organization and attention to detail when managing multiple requests and maintaining documentation
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
Self-directed with a proactive approach to learning

Responsibilities

Streamline process improvement to ensure initiatives are accurately captured, prioritized, and monitored
Analyze data and identify insights related to cost savings, efficiency opportunities, and project performance to inform decision-making
Support project documentation by developing process maps, reports, and presentations that communicate progress and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align team initiatives with the operating plan and improve efficiency
