Requirements
- US citizenship (required for government facility and some contract requirements)
- Current enrollment in a STEM program (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, biology, chemistry, materials, or related field), working toward a bachelor’s degree, preferably in second or third year
- Relevant coursework (required)
- Related lab experience (preferred)
- Include a cover letter indicating the department of interest
- Qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
Responsibilities
- Support research at Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) in Dayton, Ohio
- Use a variety of scientific and/or engineering techniques to address research questions related to multiple disciplines (e.g., Biological & Nanoscale Technologies, Health & Performance Technologies, Materials & Processes, Photonics & Electronics Technologies)
