  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret technical procedures, specifications, governmental regulations, drawings and job specifications
  • Computer skills

  • Knowledge of English (minimum level A2.1 for Drafter IV) or French language

Responsibilities

  • Gathers, examines and interprets information from project documents
  • Completes 3D models of building elements as per contract drawings
  • Connects structural elements as per contract drawings and engineering specifications
  • Reports discrepancies and missing information on the contract documents
  • Detects possible interferences between structural and architectural building parts
  • Completes 2D shop drawings of construction elements generated from 3D models
  • Completes 2D erection layouts generated from 3D models
  • Generates material lists as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by interacting and communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors and customers
