Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Chief of Staff and Director, Strategy & Ops to support business planning and strategic alignment across the Guest Experience organization
  • Coordinate priorities and timelines, ensuring connection to enterprise goals and initiatives
  • Support the development of materials and insights for senior leadership meetings, business reviews, and enterprise updates
  • Track progress on key initiatives and help identify opportunities to accelerate impact
  • Manage business routines, meetings, and communications that keep the organization operating effectively
  • Design and maintain tools and processes that bring clarity to priorities and workstreams
  • Help drive continuous improvement in how the organization plans and delivers work
  • Partner with teams across Target to ensure Guest Experience work is well-coordinated and aligned with enterprise strategies
  • Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Represent the Guest Experience organization in select forums, ensuring clarity and follow-through on actions
  • Create clear, engaging materials that communicate strategy, progress, and priorities
  • Support leadership team meetings and engagement routines to foster connection and alignment
