Requirements

8+ years of experience developing partnerships and net-new business, particularly with larger, more complex technology partners, with a portfolio of multiple high-value partnerships and/or deals led from start to finish
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals, identify collaboration areas, navigate large organizations, and influence key decision makers; prior experience working with or within large technology companies
Prior sales experience, including pitching, negotiating, and winning new business, crafting narratives, and operating under revenue-based performance goals; bonus for managing co-selling programs with large enterprise partners
Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and experience in developing and creating win-win co-developed product experiences; ideally a subject matter expert in a key category where Zapier operates
Product and marketing savvy, with intuition for a partner's product to quickly assess product challenges Zapier can solve and build credibility with internal and external product teams
Entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness, analytical skills, and grit
Highly motivated and product-obsessed

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with largest, most strategic partners in AI/SaaS/Technology
Manage a focused portfolio of new and existing strategic partners
Educate, motivate, and secure commitments from partners to create compelling product experiences that bring new enterprises to Zapier
Co-develop first-of-their-kind integrated product experiences with partners that reach millions of users
Ensure most popular integrations are continuously improved
Develop custom joint marketing campaigns to drive increased awareness and activation
Architect mutually beneficial growth strategies
