Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and ideally have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a high-growth environment. Strong analytical and modeling skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial planning and forecasting techniques. Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software is also desired.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Finance Analyst will develop core forecasting and planning tools to support annual and long-range planning, monitor and analyze weekly and monthly KPIs, providing leading indicators and actionable insights, build financial models to analyze new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners. They will also work closely with the accounting team to deliver timely financial analyses and reporting, and track and analyze budget vs. actual spend to identify cost optimization opportunities.
