Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team within a Target store
Drive guest experience and deliver great guest service
Impact store’s financial, team, and operational performance
Work alongside a mentor to learn effective department leadership
Step into leading mentor's department(s) with guidance
Drive sales results and merchandise products
Lead and support execution of daily operations by working beside team members
