Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Fleet safety certified
- Basic driving and navigation ability
- Ability to use delivery board system
- Friendly communication skills
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Safety knowledge and skills
- Ability to operate inventory systems (back stock) and store equipment
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals)
- Ability to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
- Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Physical abilities: walking/standing predominantly; talk/hear; use hands/fingers; reach; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
- Specific vision: close, distance, color, depth perception, adjust focus
- Automotive parts experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver parts to customers as needed (Primary)
- Pick and stage parts for customer orders (Primary)
- Pick up returns and cores (Primary)
- Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers (Primary)
- Daily collection of credit accounts (Primary)
- Store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot (Secondary)
- General stocking: truck stocking and back stock (Secondary)
